Du|al-Use-Gut [dju:əl'ju:s-], das <meist Pl.> [engl. dual-use goods (Pl.), aus: dual = doppelt, Doppel-, use = Gebrauch u. goods = Güter] (Wirtsch., Politik): Handelsgut, das sowohl zivilen als auch militärischen Zwecken dienen kann: Auch die so genannten Dual-Use-Güter, die sowohl militärisch wie zivil einsetzbar sind, konnten leicht geliefert werden. Von Amts wegen ging man stets von Forschungsprojekten aus (Spiegel 6, 1991, 33).
